## Itinerary

### 1. Nairobi - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

We will pick you up from your hotel and depart on a northern heading. The landscape soon switches from city to a countryside filled with tea and coffee estates; picturesque and quaint scenery of this important local trade. You’ll arrive at Sweetwaters camp, take lunch and then head out into this special park. Being the largest sanctuary for rhinos in Africa, chances of spotting them is high. You can also visit the Jane Goodall chimpanzee sanctuary, the only place in Kenya you can see our closest animal cousins. You can include into this day one of many extra activities, such as Game walks Night time game drives Horseback safari Guided bush walks Lion tracking Bird watching Game viewing from blinds Meals in the bush Camel rides Which are optional extras and will attract additional costs. Please discuss any activities that you are interested in ahead of time. After your afternoon exploring the wildlife in the park you will return to Sweetwaters Tented Camp to enjoy your evening meal. ### 2. Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Nairobi

Rise early for a game drive through the conservancy. A pre-dawn start will give you a unique perspective on the daily rhythm of the park; nocturnal animals finish their evening’s hunting and the animals of the day awake with a dawn chorus for you to listen to. Returning to your accommodation for breakfast will be followed by a drive through Ol Pejeta Conservancy and yet more chances to see the big five of African safari: lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and rhino. After lunch your journey will take you south and back to Nairobi, with options of hotel, residence, or airport drop of within the city.
