With so many wonderful Kenyan safari destinations to choose from, making up your mind about where to visit can be a challenge. This safari adventure takes in some of the most iconic areas of Kenya, from world famous national parks to privately owned conservation centres.
Each park that you visit throbs with the diversity of life in the savanna. The animals you will be afforded the chance to see are almost impossible to count. Known as the big five of African safari:

When you book your safari, you are securing the trip for just you and your party. The full tour will have a dedicated, expert Kenyan safari guide and a vehicle that won’t be shared. If you want to reduce your travel time across Kenya, it’s possible to arrange internal flights for an additional cost. Since the tour is yours alone, you can choose to take the trip in reverse, also.

With an early start, you will be collected from your hotel, residence, or from the airport if your arrival time is suitable. From Nairobi, you will make your way through the rugged African countryside. Stunning landscapes will unfold during the journey and you will have the opportunity to stop and take photographs of Mount Longonot and the Suswa Ranges as you begin your discovery of Kenya.
As you arrive in the National Reserve you will immediately have chance to start spotting the fauna of the Masai Mara. The drive will take you to your chosen accommodation, where lunch will be served. Getting you straight back into the park, you will take an afternoon game drive to begin your voyage through the grasslands of southern Kenya.
To round off the first day of your Kenyan safari you will return to your camp or lodge, where you will be given dinner and chance to rest and ready for the following day. On the first day of your safari, included is:

Breakfast kicks off your day as you head out for a final game drive through the Masai Mara as you head northwards towards Lake Nakuru. You will wind your way through the Great African Rift Valley; a volcanic landscape where new land is being forged daily.
A stop in the town of Narok presents the chance to have a traditional Kenyan lunch in a local town. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, you will make your through the park to arrive at your accommodation. After chance to set down your bags, an afternoon game drive is in store.
The lake that gives the park its name dominates the landscape, and ripples with hues of pink as massive flocks of flamingos feed, display, and dance their way over the volcanic waters. More than 400 other bird species also flock to the lake, along with other animals who come here for their daily sustenance.

Lunch is served at your chosen accommodation sited within the reserve, and you will have time to relax and take advantage of the facilities of your lodge or camp. A later afternoon game drive will mean you can see sunset over the cool plains, up to 1200m above sea level. Reticulated giraffes and the three big cats of Africa make their home here, giving you the chance to catch a glimpse of them in their natural environment.

Located inside the Samburu National Reserve in Northern Kenya, Samburu Sopa lodge is built atop high ground allowing panaromic views of the vastness of Samburu shrub land and the hills beyond.

Bid farewell to the wildlife of Samburu as you head to the final stop of your Kenyan safari; Ol Pejeta Conservancy. You will head to the highlands and up on the Laikipia Plateau to this privately owned and internationally recognised former cattle ranch.
Once you have lunch at your accommodation you can visit the only chimpanzee family in Kenya. Founded by the famous naturalist Jane Goodall, the sanctuary inside Ol Pejeta offers homes to chimps that need to be rehabilitated and can’t survive in the wilds anymore. Along with their efforts to protect our closest cousins, Ol Pejeta is a leader in their efforts to conserve the critically endangered black and white rhinos.
Following your discovery of the wonderful works done for rare animals in Kenya, you will return to your accommodation with the conservancy where you will be given dinner. This final full day of your Kenyan safari includes:

Following your morning’s activities, you will be given lunch and then head out back towards the city of Nairobi through the countryside of Kenya.
