You will be collected from your accommodation or residence in Nairobi, read to be driven to the famous Ol Pejeta Conservancy. A former cattle ranch, it’s now a sanctuary for some of the few remaining black rhinos in the world, seeking shelter from those who wish to hunt them for their horns.
The only chimpanzee population in Kenya resides in the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee sanctuary. Here, you can come face to face with our closest cousins and witness the great conservation work undertaken at the park.
The park is filled with plenty of other wildlife, and you will have chance to spend time driving around the park in your vehicle to see the animals in their natural habitat, up here on the Laikipia Plateau. After you’ve sated your appetite for natural beauty, you will overnight at your camp or lodge, where dinner is served.

From Ol Pejeta, you’ll drive to Nanyuki airstrip where you will take a domestic flight to Masai Mara. Upon landing, you’ll be greeted by your African safari guide who will take you through the Masai Mara on a game drive before arriving at your selected accommodation.
After some time to settle, you can eat lunch at your camp or lodge. In the afternoon, your guide will confirm the following day’s itinerary and give you the opportunity to add any optional extras to your Kenyan safari.

This is a day to drink in the wonders and beauty of the Masai Mara, with time to relax and take in the Masai Mara from the comfort of your accommodation and its facilities. Spa treatments are an optional extra available at most accommodation options, could there be a more perfect setting to have a relaxing massage, surrounded by the wonders of Mother Nature?
Visiting a Masai village is another optional extra; a chance to explore the culture of these warriors who have a deep and symbiotic relationship with the lands and animals of the Masai Mara. A final breakfast is served at your lodge or camp before one last game drive through the morning activity of Amboseli. The drive will take you out of the park and through the countryside of Kenya – homesteads and small towns line the roads and you have chance to see a slice of rural Africa as your safari swansong.
