You will be greeted at your hotel or residence in Nairobi early in the morning to being your journey through the Kenyan countryside to being your African safari. Using Lanet gate of the park, as soon as you enter you will be driving through landscape dotted with superb wildlife for you to take in.
Lunch is served at your accommodation and then you will spend the afternoon on a further game drive to take in the delights of Lake Nakuru. The waters are home to both the lesser and greater flamingos, contrasting the deep blue of the waters with their gleaming pink hues.

The Flamingo Hill Camp is situated within the famous Lake Nakuru National Park, which lies within the Great Rift Valley of Kenya. Nestled between the “honeymoon hills”, and set in beautifully landscaped grounds with natural foliage.
The Lake Nakuru Lodge is situated in the South Eastern, ecological niche of the Lake Nakuru National Park. It is an oasis of comfort and excellent service with commanding views of Flamingo for which the Lake Nakuru is world famous.

Breakfast starts the day, after which you will check out of your accommodation and embark upon another game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park. There are over 450 species of bird nest or feed around the lake, making this safari an ornithologist’s dream.
You are also afforded the opportunity to visit the sanctuary that works to preserve the critically endangered rhinos in the park, along with the rare Rothschild giraffe. Along with these iconic mammals, expect to spot other greats of the African grasslands such as lions and leopards during your morning’s discovery.
Lunch is served cliff-top, giving you a stunning view across the park and a great opportunity for some scenic photography. From the cliffs, you will embark on your trip back to Nairobi, once again passing through the Kenyan countryside and past local farms and towns. You can choose your drop off location; hotel, residence, or airport are all possible as your return destination.
