After check-in and refreshments at Naivasha Hotel, we explore the fresh-water lake, which is home to over 400 bird species and a large population of hippo. We take a boat ride past the hippos and visit the stunning Crescent Island sanctuary. Here, with our guides, we walk amongst giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and water buck. It is known for its spectacular wildebeest migration and is home to all the big five: lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and Cape buffalo.

Upon arrival, lunch will be served. After lunch, you may catch your breath before the late afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive. This is your chance to spot the wild animals you’ve come to marvel at, and your personal safari guide will help you find the greats of the savanna. In the evening, we’ll relax around the fire before an excellent dinner.

We return to the lodge for dinner.

The Mara offers wildlife in abundance. You will see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopard (if you’re lucky!), many kinds of antelopes and elephant.
