Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi – Amboseli National Park (250 km – 4 to 5 hours)

Pick up from Nairobi is at 7.30am, where we’ll take you on a drive through typical African savanna. You’ll pass local homesteads and catch glimpses of Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle. You’ll arrive at Amboseli National Park in time for lunch.

After you’ve had time to rest, we’ll take you into the park for your first African safari experience. On your game viewing drive, we’ll be on the look out for the stars of the Amboseli – elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeest, and a whole load more.

The backdrop to your Kenyan adventure is Mount Kilimanjaro, its snow-capped peak dominates the skyline as Africa’s highest mountain. Marvel at the natural beauty of the awe-inspiring plains, home to a massively diverse ecosystem of animals.

The tribespeople of the Masai are renowned for their prowess in battle against wild animals; their strength and courage admired around the world.

Your visit will show you the Masai culture, with a welcoming presentation of traditional signing and dancing; part of their sacred rituals.
