Fairmont Mara Safari Club

Fairmont Mara Safari Club blends classic safari romance with polished comfort. Framed by riverine forest on one side and endless savannah on the other, the camp occupies one of the most wildlife-rich pockets of the reserve. An area frequently visited by elephants, hippo, and giraffes, with crocodiles often visible in the river below. Its location makes it especially well positioned during the months when the Great Migration moves through the Mara ecosystem.

The camp features spacious, tented suites that reflect traditional East African safari style, with four-poster beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private verandas overlooking either the river or surrounding gardens. Though tented, the accommodations are permanent and well-appointed, with hot showers, electricity, and thoughtful finishes that elevate the experience without losing the nostalgic safari feel. The main lodge area includes a large swimming pool (rare within the reserve) alongside an open-air restaurant and lounge that look out toward the Mara River.
